Ergonomist
Your role will be to evaluate different workstations in a variety of situations:
- Analysing the work requirements in relation to the functional limitations of a worker with an injury (e.g.: files referred by the CNESST or employer).
- Ergonomic evaluation of a position, department or other, with the aim of designing, developing or modifying the work environment.
- In-company training for a group of workers, managers or others.
- Therapeutic follow-up in the workplace during reintegration.
The skills required are :
- DESS or Master’s degree in ergonomics; Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (essential).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in job evaluation for the CNESST.
- Bilingualism an asset or functional English.
- Dynamic, resourceful, rigorous person with good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools for writing.
- Possess a car and a valid driving licence.
