Physical health occupational therapist, 1st and 2nd line
Tasks :
- Evaluate and implement programs to develop functional work capacities in physical health (1st and 2nd line, CNESST, SAAQ, insurers and employers).
- Work capacity assessment (WCA) and plan to facilitate reintegration into the workplace.
- Follow-up in clinic and in employment to achieve a sustainable return to productive life.
- Interest and skills in job evaluation and/or follow-up therapy in clinic and workplace.
- Build collaborative therapeutic return to work plans.
Requirements :
- A terminal university degree in occupational therapy.
- Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec or to become.
- Experience in work rehabilitation.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, active listening and teamwork skills.
- Functional English or a second functional language is an asset.
- Possession of a car is an asset.
