Holder of a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Université de Sherbrooke, I have acquired several years of experience in private clinic with an adult clientele in professional rehabilitation, presenting musculoskeletal level problems and difficulties with pain management. I have also gained experience with clients with mental health difficulties.
I am passionate about preventive approaches in workplace, which is why I also work in companies as part of a preventive approach to mental health in workplace. In my interventions, I advocate the establishment of a therapeutic alliance, occupational balance and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits.
