I have a master’s degree in occupational therapy at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Over the past few years, I have had the chance to work in a private clinic with clients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, and mental health problems. I have been able to develop my skills and my knowledge through various trainings and clinical experience.
I am interested in prevention, meaningful participation in daily activities, and overall well-being. I love using diagrams to explain things and concrete tools to help someone reach their goals. My patients and I work together to explore the various strategies that make sense for them. My approach is centered on activation and collaboration.
Fields of Practice:
Adult mental and physical health.
